Try this: before going to bed, turn off all distractions and set an intention.
Eg. My intention is to HEAL. Because my connection is so strong with my body, it immediately started responding with needs to detoxify it, immensy hydrate it and give it rest. Healing is more painful than the wound, similarly detoxifying the body requires discipline, effort, commitment & breaking of old patterns.😇 Go with your natural flow.
