The ones that got away, a jewelry story.
🍂Sometimes mother nature has the final say.🍂
❄One frosty morning a few days before Christmas, I was taking pictures of some of my jewelry hanging from the perfectly frosted branches in my mother's meditation garden. I had dropped one of these flower earrings. I heard it hit the bush below, bouncing in its branches. The search began. I looked, my mother looked, my father looked. But alas. The tiny little bloom will not be found and likely by now is deeply buried in the North Dakota snow.❄
🌱💧I am looking forward to the spring thaw. I left the other half with my mother. If they reunite she will have some pretty earrings to wear in her favorite hue of green 💚
