To be honest, I wasn’t handling the quarantine super well in the beginning. I found out people I love tested positive. Everyone has since recovered, thank God! So, positive news!! I know the news is a bit bleak but people are making it ❤️
🙌🙌🙌 Being stuck in my home alone with no way to protect, care or hug my loved ones made me extremely anxious and depressed. I didn’t handle things well; I drank, cried, ate ice cream and slept a lot. My heart goes out to everyone going through finding out their family or friends have COVID-19. Wondering if they will make it, worrying if you now have it, all the while stuck in your home? Feeling paralyzed. It’s terrifying. I don’t wish that on anyone.
So, if you’re also not handling this well that’s okay, too. If you didn’t do a work out and you see all the quarantine Fitspo etc. on IG don’t get down on yourself. We all handle things in our own way. I am 💯 with you. Take care of you, mentally and physically ❤️ This week I’m turning over a new leaf: eating well and working out. That’s the thing, every day is a new day and you can start all over again. Stay safe everyone 😘 Soon we will be together again 💕 In the mean time, stay home! Hugs and kisses from 6 ft or more away 😂😘
