Totally forgot to put my post up yesterday with phone battery flat at the end of a very busy day. June has started, so a new month for goals. I’ve set myself a few, bike 50miles this morning, walk 35 miles this month and do 2 workouts a week for the month, along with the allotment everyday, and potentially heading back to work soon. AND still smashing out my mini workouts daily from the #30daychallenge fitness from @nmhf_willingham I forgot to post day 15 of the challenge yesterday, but can assure you I did, and then today I did day 16, 13 press ups, 13 squats, 13 dips and 50 sec v sit hold. Yesterday I smashed out a workout, followed by day 15 of challenge, then a walk, followed by a bike ride to the allotment to water. Today I managed a mile walk in two, 3 mile bike ride and day 16 of the challenge. Along with heading to the allotment during the day and evening. .
