It’s hard to keep up and be consistent with fitness. ⠀ Here we are on week 4 of quarantine. Everyone was all about let me get in shape during this time. Let me do a push-up, squat, (insert fitness challenge here) with all my friends. ⠀ Now, we are glad everyone is moving. But this is no different than getting a gym membership and saying “I’m going to get in shape.” You’re good for 1 week. But week 2 you trail off, less workouts. Week 3, maybe only 1 or 2. Week 4, zero. ⠀ This is why you need a coach, coaches who check in on you. Hold you accountable and help you remember why you started. Buenos días. Feliz Jueves LEER DETENIDAMENTE ABAJO ANTES DE DESLIZAR LAS IMÁGENES Y VIDEOS 👇👇👇 ✅El entrenamiento para hoy tiene un toque muy especial y exigente. VIDEO 1️⃣ demostración de los jumping Jacks del calentamiento, hacerlos por favor con energía y actitud.Es un ejercicio muy cómodo por eso debes meterle velocidad y coordinación VIDEO 2️⃣ Demostración de los amados burpees que van en tu calentamiento de hoy. VIDEO 3️⃣ demostración de los clean and jerk con barra, si no tienes mancuernas utiliza un pvc y perfecciona la técnica . Debes tener una muy buena base de sentadilla(,si no la tienes practicala antes de empezar) VIDEO 4️⃣ demostración de una variante de clean and jerk pero con mancuernas. VIDEO 5️⃣ demostracion del bench dips VIDEO 6️⃣ Demostración de los jumping lunges ( si tienes problemas con las rodillas no los hagas con saltos , hazlo normal , si tienes problemas de estabilidad puedes prenderte de una pared ✅ El WOD se desarrollaría de la siguiente manera : 🚩primeros 10 minutos: calentamiento , seguido de eso comenzarás con el WOD empezando con los clean and jerk ( solo los clean and jerk ) tratando de terminar dentro de un periodo de tiempo de 15 minutos, después de eso toma agua y prepárate para la senguna parte del WOD: poner el cronómetro a correr para saber cuánto tiempo te tomará terminar los rounds de bench dips y jumping lunges ( se hacen las repeticiones de bench dips e inmediatamente pasas a las repeticiones de jumping lunges, eso seria 1 round y así vas hasta completar lo que te corresponde ) finalizamos con el cool down 10 minutos y estamos listos para decir que pasamos un día más donde sacamos el mejor provecho a la situación. #entrenaencasa #fitness #motivation #crossfitencasa #crossfit #homebox #cleanandjerk
